"This hostel is 2 mins walk from metro station, surrounded with many restaurants, coffee shops and a big Seoul Forest Park, the ambience is cozy and chill which you can feel another side of Seoul. We rented a private room with a private bathroom which was nice, clean and quiet though not very big. They also have a common kitchen for cooking and eating, provided with free water and tea which is a credit. Their rooftop is spacious and good for reading and chatting. Their host is super nice...

"There was a big cockroach in our bathroom and scared me really bad. After that, I couldn't sleep​. Not only that, the bedsheet don't look clean and there are a lot of stains on the wall. I would not recommend this hotel if you're scare of bugs!!"

"お部屋はとても清潔でした。オーナーがとても親切です。 到着が遅くなっても、優しく迎えてくれました。 （到着が遅くなることを事前に知らせたかったのですが、Hotels.comのページ内には連絡先もメールアドレスがなく電話番号のみで知らせることが難しかった。） 私が宿泊した部屋だけしかわかりませんが、エアコンの設置はあるものの、コンセントがつながれていなくて、コンセントもそばになくて、使用できる感じではありませんでした。なので温度調節は自由に出来ない感じでした。 ドアの開閉、歩く音などが気になりました。 一番狭い部屋だったと思いますが、それでもスーツケースは十分広げられるし、窮屈な思いはしませんでした。 清潔なので、寝に帰るだけ、旅慣れた人にお勧めの宿です。"

"Our family of 4 booked a 3 bedroom but they didn’t have one available at the time of check in so they upgraded us to the 4 bedroom. When they say bedroom, they are referring to the number of beds and not the number of separate bedrooms. Place was very spacious and we were very happy with our stay. Having 2 full bathrooms and washer/dryer inside the room was a huge plus. Location of the hotel was close to multiple convenience stores, coffee shops, and many restaurants. It’s very lively at night....

"It’s a good property if you plan to stay in city center and for a short period. Our studio was small but it had what we needed. If you plan to stay out during the day and you just need a place to rest, I recommend this property. There is also a gym, which is a plus. Furnitures and toilet are a bit old. Overall good"

"We really enjoyed staying at the nine tree premier in Insa-dong. The rooms are clean, and the amenities are great including the gym, laundry room and even free lockers to store you luggage’s and belongings safely so you can enjoy the city before you check in and when you check out. Friendly staff and even the breakfast buffet was delicious. It is also very close to the souvenir shops and restaurants and they even have a convenience store downstairs where you can buy a tmoney card. We would definitely stay here again. "
