This warm and welcoming home offers comfort, peace and relaxation. Located in a quiet street in the picturesque suburb of Meadowstone, it’s a short walk to Lake Wanaka. The home is compact, cleverly designed and tastefully decorated. It provides an open plan kitchen/living/dining, an outdoor entertaining area off the lounge, 3 spacious bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. With Wanaka only a walk or short drive away, this is the perfect family holiday retreat.

You’ll love this architecturally designed 3 bedroom home that offers the perfect mix of location, comfort and style. The open plan living area benefits from both the heatpump to keep warm and cosy in winter, and the sliding glass doors that open onto the outdoor entertaining space to enjoy in summer. Sit and relax with a glass of wine while enjoying the picturesque garden outlook. The kitchen is modern, sleek and fully equipped so you’ll find entertaining a breeze.

All three bedrooms offer comfortable new beds. The master has a Queen and offers an ensuite and walk-in robe. The second also houses a Queen and the third 2 King singles. All are nicely decorated and are warm and comfortable with wall panel heaters and wardrobes. The bathroom and ensuite are both modern, each with a shower, toilet and sink. The main bathroom also houses the washing machine. All linen/towels are provided for your convenience.

With a laptop-friendly workspace, parking, WiFi and both heating and air-conditioning, this home is bound to tick all the right boxes for your holiday plans.

PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to provide infant bedding for this property, so please consider this when considering booking.

Enter Wanaka on the Wanaka-Luggage Hwy 84 and drive towards the lakefront which leads you onto Ardmore Str & onto the Lakefront Drive. Turn left into Old Station Ave & 33a is streetside on the left

Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest portal DUVE. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your drivers licence/passport and credit card before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the property so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). We do not charge your card, nor does it get stored by our system, you are welcome to block out all, except the last 4 digits on the card, but please note that our Guest Portal DUVE has the highest level of PCI compliance available. The property was great to stay at, very well located, very well appointed and comfortable. It was disappointing that the log burner was not able to be used by guests. However the property management system "Manage My Home" was quite frankly annoying and completely over the top with multiple emails received most of which were unnecessary. All a paying guest wants to receive is confirmation of the booking and details of what to do when you arrive and when you leave and contact details of the management company if there are any issues. This was all covered off in one email and that was all that was needed instead of numerous computer-generated emails received in addition to the core information. It was annoying to us and I am sure annoying to other guests.

Summer stay
We had a great five days here. An easy walk to town, close to the waterfront and a lovely walking track along the lake. Very tidy and quiet. Would recommend.
