"This hotel has the most friendly staff I've ever experienced! We had a wonderful time, despite an electricity cut due to heavy snow! The only downfall was heating issues with the pool/jacuzzi meant we didn't take advantage of those facilities."

"We loved our stay, the room was lovely and there was nice touches such as the chocolate and nice coffee. We enjoyed our breakfast in the morning. The only down side is the evening meal and drinks are on the pricey side, £13 for a double gin and lemonade (I am aware there is not much competition in otterburn). The meal was nice though and the staff were so lovely and accomodating :)."
