"The Tallow Factory is a wonderful character-filled place for a family or group gathering, in the heart of Dedham Village and the surrounding Dedham Vale. The ground floor has three comfortable entertaining areas, if you include the walled garden along with the wood beamed lounge and large country kitchen. Upstairs easily sleeps 8-10 people. The neighboring Sun Inn serves excellent food. Thoroughly recommend!!"

"This property is ideal for visiting Suffolk and in particular Sutton Hoo. They property is a small village with several local short walks and close to a couple of pubs, also within walking distance that serve good food. The cottage is well maintained and beautifully furnished with all the amenities you could ask for. The accommodation is perfect for 2 people."

"This property was basic but perfectly comfortable and in a stunning location! The lane to the property was very over geown and unfortunately my husbands car (which has low clearance) was unable to get down it. But the owner soon dorted an alternative for us. The neighbours ford focus had bo problems so i would say this wont be a problem for most! Access down to views over the estuary and walks from the house was great. No wifi but perfectly good signal for 4g - or a good excuse to go off grid....

"We have just returned from an absolutely fabulous stay at Harkstead Hall. The house is beautiful. Spacious and has absolutely everything you need for a fun stay with friends. "The cottage was lovely and had it's own parking space which was handy. It was a bit chilly when we got there but we just upped the thermostat and it was very warm within about 10 minutes. Great location in easy walking distance to Aldi and an M&S food and restaurants. The owner left some basic food including some UHT milk. The only reason I haven't given it 5 stars is the shower - which seemed to go from boiling hot to freezing cold and back again, so I had a bath instead!"
