"The property is really old and requires renovation. Bathroom has cracks all around and enamel in the bathtub is damaged. It was really difficult to get the hot water setting and water was luke warm. The flooring throughout is really old and mainly dirty. There was no door mat inside the apartment or any way really to keep the slushy dirt out. There were no paper towels inside the apartment. Would not stay there again. Couch is old, the batteries in the tv remote control were old making...

"Stayed here for 6 days while our son played at ASV this summer. The location was perfect. 8 min from the fields, a walk into Oneonta for coffee and restaurants, close to several markets. The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable, and provided all we needed for our stay. The owner was reachable and responded quickly to a minor issue we had with the television. All in all, a great stsy. "

"Our grandson played in the baseball tournwame t at All Star Village. This apartment was absolutely perfect. Close proximity to fields (5 mins away), and gave us a regrouping & reenergizing location alone, which was quiet and comfortable. I’d highly recommend this apartment."

"The apartment was safe and clean. Check in and check out process was simple. Everything worked and I was so grateful to have laundry and good A/C. I had some trouble with the Internet being reliable but I didn’t ask the owner for help. I put 4 stars as the beds were not comfortable and the place was a bit musty due to the humidity, although running the A/C helped a bit. "

Location is about 20-30 minute (beautiful!) drive from several cute Catskill towns and Oneonta, where our son was playing baseball. We truly unplugged in this cozy home. Highlight was sitting by a fire enjoying a delicious charcuterie board/wine (go to Good Taste Epicurian Market in Franklin!). Thanks for hosting us!"
