"Firstly, i paid Over the phone and upon arrival i was Told that the old management took my payment and that i had To pay another £90. They said they would send me a email explaining what had happened however i have Never received this. Secondly my 15 year old brother lifted his mattress as we could smell something and it smelt like sewage. It got to 2 in the morning and the room next to us were partying all night. There were stains on the walls, stains on the carpets the rooms smelt like damp...

"If you are looking at this place, ask for the Harrod room. Kingsize bed and big bathroom with a stand alone roll top bath and separate shower. If you were a romantic couple, you wouldn’t leave this room. Comfortable Bar area and small restaurant with a full menu from Tuesday to Sunday. Pizza night on a Monday. Excellent parking. There is some road noise but it’s Ok. "

"The shower head was covered in limescale and the silicone sealant mouldy, and the toilet rocked a little when you sit on it, the bedroom was spotless though, the staff lovely and the food was good! "

"Can't review hotel as never actually stayed there as they relocated us to another hotel saying it would meet our booking which was family room for 2 and breakfast, what we got was a single room with double bed and no breakfast, so spent weekend sleeping with my 40year old daughter with no breakfast not what was planned. They did refund £20 which was used for taxis because it was so far from where we needed to be."

"It had everything we needed. Bed was comfy. Bedding and towels were clean. There was a shelf unit that was about to collapse and the blinds were knackered and discoloured. The shower was very warm and powerful. Instructions and how to enter the building was emailed to me. But I didn't realise and was expecting a message via WhatsApp or text etc. Tried to call the number on the door and also the other number I had, but couldn't get a reply. Then I found the email, with all the information...

"There was a power outage overnight the first night we stayed here. Upon realizing that in the morning, because there was no hot water, I tried to contact the manager. It took over an hour for her to respond and all she could tell me was that she couldn't get ahold of her handyman. After 2 hours of waiting with no update from the handyman, we left. I asked for a refund but was refused and I was accused of causing the power outage because I must have plugged in a North American device. This...
