Had better stays
"We like the Norbreck usually but this time we were in a different wing. The walls were paper thin, we could hear neighbours conversations. The room was generally clean except the radiator which was disgusting. The lifts were also out of order."

"We enjoy our stays at Thurnham Hall. There was a problem with hotwater supply to our block, we were kept fully informed, given alternative showering option etc. 'It' happens, we judge it on how its handled, and it was handled well."
