"We were upgraded to the new glass section which was lovely. When we got to the room there was a leak in the bathroom. We went for a meal and by the time we got back the issues had been addressed. The staff were amazing, as the water had to be turned off to let the work dry we were reissued another room and the staff moved our luggage etc for us. An issue promptly and efficiently dealt with. "Conveniently located 30 mins from Gatwick so ideal after a late flight. Basically a comfortable room. Disturbed at 1am by a neighbouring guest on a zoom call but not from external traffic noise. On closer inspection, the toom was in need of a deeper clean and rhe bed was not made well."

Staff are always friendly and attentive, from check-in, to the restaurant to the bar. Have tried some of the other local hotels (even Brooklands) but always come back here."
