"Comfy beds but cheap bedding/pillows/sheets etc. Balcony waa disgusting and dirty however everything else was very clean. Annoying that there was not enough plates/mugs/bowls etc for four people when it’s a four person apartment. Only one access key provided. Check in was a nightmare - zero communication and their method of check in was very confusing and it was hard to get in touch with the staff. Overall a lovely place."

"We loved our stay at this home. We spent 5 nights In the apartment. It is perfectly located in the Kingston Foreshore precinct with Lake views and minutes to the cafes, restaurants and lake Burley Griffin. We travelled with our two toy cavoodles. The access and parking were very convenient. The apartment was well appointed. My 89 year old parents joined us for two nights and were comfortable and had easy lift access. We will return."

"The Sebel is centrally located for all activities we undertook while in Canberra and the apartment we stayed in was immaculate. While it's unfortunate there is no on-site parking, the Sebel has a particularly good parking deal with the central shopping centre that's only a short walk away. Staff members were also especially helpful to us throughout our stay. "

"Close to cbd, helpful staff. Parking is seperate to the building so unpacking and packing car you had to bring car to the hotel front which wasn’t far. Hotel room - TV was not programmed in and couldn’t use it; mini fridge in room, the door had been left ajar freezer was frozen over and fridge door was unable to be closed so could not use mini fridge to keep anything cool.
