"The location was easy to find. The host replied enquiry promptly. The flat was big enough for 4, though we had 3 only. It would be great if the intercome was functioned because we had only one key. Most facilities and appliance were clean and easy to use, except the two toilets' fan. They didn't work so it was very wet after having shower. "

"We only stayed for 2 nights but could not of picked a better location to stay. Apartment was clean and very well equipped and the hosts left some milk so we could have a cuppa on arrival. The cliff top is literally 20metres away with plenty of walks available overlooking the Isle of Wight . We would happily return and stay again."

"In Southampton for a launch Night, Accommodation was perfect for the little time i would be there. Had everything i needed, plus oven, hob and fridge with own bathroom. Everyone friendly and price was amazing. Tea coffee milk supplied and bathroom delights very happy traveller."

"ooked a very last minute 5 night November stay at this apartment in Boscombe. Teresa the owner was really helpful considering she only had 1 day to sort everything and the apartment on arrival was absolutely perfect. The apartment in a converted former victorian grand hotel is furnished and presented to a high standard and has everything you could need. Location is ideal for the wonderful beaches, bars and restaurants the area has. Even in November we were able to get out walking every day....

"The property is amazing, perfectly clean and perfect in every way. It is just as advertised luxurious, every roomy with amazing big rooms finishes to a very high standard. Every room is perfect and very luxurious and big. It is in a perfect location as we'll to city center a very close walk 5 minutes. Everything you need is right there. The best property i have stayed in ever and doubt i will find better. And a perfect host who replies to questions very quickly. Simply the best."

"This a lovely apartment, its clean well equipped and everything you need for a stay away. The only reason why we have not given it 5 stars is because of what it is located in. There are two blocks and it appear that most of the residents in these blocks are permanent and mostly the party type of person.
