"The property manager was not reasonable in our request for a compensation settlement being that the flat had no heating one evening. She said that I should have called her to which I responded that I hadn’t that evening due to the lateness and opted to report it in the morning. She was not accommodating but curt. I further want all to know that even though the place is supposed to be smoke free it really isn’t as a person can smoke in an outdoor door space outside the bedroom. All smoke odors...

"Walkable from train station, ferry and cruise terminals. Historic sites in close proximity. Bars and restaurants within 2 blocks. "

"The property was nice, i felt the cleanliness couls have been better as the floors were still dirty and carpets were not clean. The single bed matress was very uncomfortable and had to sleep on the sofa as the springs were sticking out. "

"No inner springs left in the mattress, certainly was not 17m2. Very few appliances to cook with, needs a microwave as everything you buy can only be heated with a microwave, but wouldn’t know where to put it as the apartment was too small…."

"Perfect spot for our needs; well-equipped, tidy, on-site parking, and very responsive property manager. We would be happy to go back."

"Very nice property in a lovely location close to all amenities and seafront. It was clean and cosy which made for a lovely break away. The only thing that would have improved the stay would have been a fridge freezer or freezer compartment in the fridge. Apart from that we would give 10 out of 10 for the property."
