"The apartment was lovely, fully furnished & equipped with everything you could possibly need. They are in a convenient but quiet location only a few minutes walk from bus stops to get you into the city centre or to Winchester for a day out, there’s also bus stops near by to Malvern Zoo & in the opposite direction to the general hospital. Or there’s on site parking for you if you bring your car. I would have given the apartment 5 stars except for it being in need of a little tlc although none...

"What a stay, absolutely fabulous! Apartment spotless and everything you need for a home from home stay in a peaceful and central location. One very happy doggy as a short stroll to the beautiful sandbanks beach and ferry to shell beach etc. also lovely restaurants nearby! Can’t wait to go back and Steve was just the perfect host checking we had everything we needed! Five stars all round 👏"

She said that I should have called her to which I responded that I hadn’t that evening due to the lateness and opted to report it in the morning. She was not accommodating but curt. I further want all to know that even though the place is supposed to be smoke free it really isn’t as a person can smoke in an outdoor door space outside the bedroom. All smoke odors...
