"Perfect location for UTV trails. Cove Creek convience store close by - staff there were very friendly and helpful. Rented a UTV from Cove Creek! Land next to the cabin was Just Right for grandkids to ride their toys - rzr and dirt bike. Fire pit outside, car port to park under, and plenty of space to park a trailer!Facilities inside cabin Just Right for our family! Mount Magazine park very nice! We will be back!"

"We loved our stay, the property is lovely and secluded, peaceful and relaxing. We plan on staying here again when visiting Arkansas. We were visiting my grandson for high school play, and this was a perfect get a way for the family. The decor is so country, and you can relax outside and just enjoy the quiet. The home has good outdoor lighting if you are coming and going after dark. Includes a paved drive and covered parking space, too. We hope to stay here again."
