The heat in the room didn't work and the unit was noisy. If a guest comes to you and asks for an extra blanket your response should be "okay" and not "we don't have those. It's winter. I shouldn't have to go out and buy a blanket to get warm.

When I walked into the establishment the concierge greeted me and called me a sir misgendering me, then tried to say my card declined when it clearly showed approved and the charge was being processed. Once in my room I noticed it was dirty the bed was slept in. I used to be a housekeeper and I know when a bed is slept in there were lashes on the floor. Terrible experience will not be going back.

The reviews doesn't do this place any justice, its a nice clean place in a great location and great staff. Vicky at the front desk was very polite and check us in very fast . I would definitely stay there again .
