"Check in was from 2pm, was asked to return in 2 hours! Paid extra for breakfast as was told she wasn't making anything by including it in the price. View wasn't as described. My mattress had a large dent in. Breakfast was self service and someone had already sat at our table. No milk supplied for cereal, had to wash the used cup so I could have a drink. Nobody available to help. "

When I contacted them on another number, person there had no idea about my reservation. "Die Betten standen schlecht. Die Person die an der Wand schlief mußte über den Vordermann klettern. Die Matrazen waren viel zu weich. Wir hatten beide Kreuzschmerzen. Das Fernsehn war viel zu klein und konnte vom Tisch her nicht benutz werden. Es ist nicht jedermanssache vom Bett aus Fernzu- sehen. Die Betreuung war ganz mies. Nach einem Stromausfall, der einen halben Tag dauerde, wurde nicht einmal danach geschaut ob das Licht wieder ging. In unserem Zimmer funktioniert das Licht noch am...
