"Like many, we stayed here for a night in September prior to riding the Bernina Express. Our room number 205 overlooked the courtyard and was spacious with a sitting area. The only awkward part is they chose to install a 3 panel folding glass door system over the bathtub edge to contain shower water. It’s clumsy compared to a curtain or a shorter fixed pane. The bathroom could use a shelf under the mirror for guests stuff. The room is very nice and the staff friendly. There is a small elevator so you don’t have to carry bags up stairs. The hotel is a short walk to the extensive pedestrian shopping area in the old part of town. We found an excellent bakery for lunch and an inexpensive restaurant for dinner out within ten minutes walk. "

"We loved everyone working there, from check in until leaving. Matthew and Judith have a wonderful restaurant, and Anya, Tina, Fatima and Esther took great care of us. Natalia at the front desk went above and beyond to make us comfortable. We loved this place!"
