"Das Zimmer bot fast alles was wichtig ist. Bei diesen hohen Temperaturen (über 30 Grad ) wäre vielleicht ein Ventilator nicht schlecht gewesen. Das Fenster ließ sich zwar öffnen, aber bei diesen Temperaturen nicht wirklich hilfreich. Vielleicht wäre auch eine Klimaanlage vernünftig. Ansonsten war unser Aufenthalt sehr gut."

"Easy street parking especially during the day. Excellent room, spacious, little fridge, coffee and tea. Nice view. Very friendly staff and also other travelers were kind. For some reason our door did not close (possibly my error because it is a soliddoor and lock) and it was open from 3-8pm. Other guests let the receptionist know who came up to close it. Nothing was stolen. Public transportation is excellent and Downtown is in walking distance (20 minutes). "

"It was a really good and convenient place to stay. It is really close (walking distance) to the train station and to downtown where you find lots of places to shop and eat. The beautiful Christmas Market is also downtown if one goes during that season. The museums are close too- there is one actually right next to the hotel that is really nice- and transportation is a step away. I highly recommend it!"

The buffet breakfast was very nice plenty of choice with hot and cold options. The restaurant meals were very nice, very tasty and well cooked and not overpriced. "The checkin was really unprofessional, nothing was prepared, all data had to be filled out again on paper, the staff was absolutely not welcoming. They did not even inform me about a 25 EUR early checkin fee upfront. They gave me a room right above the smoking area. It smelled and was noisy. At the checkout they claimed I had breakfast. Never did and never ordered it. The front desk staff was not welcoming or friendly at all. Not what I expected at this house. Poor!"

"We had a fine stay in this property. The house is tidy. With a nice space around the house where kids can play with a trampoline and pool. One remark: the property is less appropriate for talll persons (> 1.90m) : the ceilings on the first floor are low as well as the shower. Also the beds are too short for tall people. You can make nice trips into the Erzgebirge and to cities as Dresden and Karlovy Vary. ther is enough intersting to see and do. I can recommend the holiday home"
