Die Unterkunft an sich war sehr schön, nur das Finden eines Parkplatzes ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber es wurde uns von Seiten des Hotels sehr gut geholfen.

Personal sehr freundlich und lösungsorientiert. Tecnikausfall der Aufzüge, was problematisch ist, wenn das Zimmer im ersten Stock ist. Am Abreise Tag(Checkout bis 11.00h) funktionierte die Zimmerkarte um 10.00h schon nicht mehr. Ich war kein Einzelfall. Auch eine Erinnerungsmail, um 5.56h am Abreisetag, das man jetzt auschecken kann ist nicht gut und hilfreich! Ebenfalls kein Einzelfall.

Ich war mir eigentlich sicher, dass ich mir eine gute Unterkunft für 1 Nacht gebucht hatte. Für 100€ kann man ja auch ne Kleinigkeit erwarten. Ich hatte das Zimmer 344, einfach schrecklich. Ne alte Küche drin, ein riesiger leerer Raum vor dem Schlafzimmer in dem sich der TV befand (dafür keiner im Schlafzimmer). Ich habe ein Hotelzimmer gebucht und keinen Tagungsraum. Im Schlafzimmer ebenso keine Liebe, nicht mal ein Bild an der Wand. Ein alter Schrank und ein Bett. Das war’s. Ich bin absolut enttäuscht. Ich schreibe nie, wirklich nie, schlechte Rezessionen - das hier das ist erste mal. Man bekommt im Internet neue moderne Zimmer angeboten und dann bekommt man sowas. Das Personal war jedoch sehr freundlich. Nichtsdestotrotz - NIE WIEDER ACHAT.
