"This property was absolute perfection! We visited while in Strasbourg for the Christmas Markets. Rooms were excellent, staff was amazing, breakfast was perfect and the small restaurant/bar in the lobby was wonderful. I would recommend this property to anyone!"

"Excellent hotel! Room with queen bed was very large. Updated bathrooms and bedroom. This hotel felt like a 4 star hotel. It was right on the canal and the heart of the city. Very highly recommended for the price. We visited in early March so the price may have been more reasonable. "

"Friendly and welcoming staff. Hotel is in a great location and rooms are clean and updated. We stayed here over the holiday and had a fabulous experience. The rooms have USB outlets so if you forgot your converters you are okay. Breakfast was also good. Hotel is connected to the mall for easy access to shopping and other amenities. I recommend this place! "

"Very friendly and helpful staff, they gave us information to find our way into Strasbourg by tram, which was about a 10 minute walk from hotel. It’s a little remote so walking back late at night made my partner feel a little uncomfortable, but having said that we didn’t encounter any problems. We found the hotel room a little chilly in the evening, and TV channels in English were very limited. We watched Netflix from our phone instead with free Wi-Fi. "We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Arok. The location was convenient, right across from the train station. Breakfast was outstanding, with many excellent selections. Staff were helpful and kind. Beds were ok, could be a little softer for my taste. Room was a little too warm for me (winter time). We would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"I loved the location. So close to the Christmas markets. Only thing, it’s so close that when I arrived, my taxi couldn’t drop me off in front. I had to walk with my luggage about 2-3 blocks. I was exhausted from travel so that was an unpleasant surprise. The room has the toilet separated from the shower and sink which is unusual to me. But comfortable room with great location. "

"We were disappointed with the property. Two rooms and up to seven guests does a lot of heavy lifting in the description. Our kids bedroom was also the shared dining room and lounge. There is also air conditioning but only in one room. It is not available in the bedroom. A washing machine is available but you have to pay extra for this which felt cheep and penny grabbing. I found the correspondence with the owner difficult and received a curt reply when seeking to clarify entry...

"Automated check-in can be problematic. After registration, did not receive email to advise of room number or pass code. Unable to gain access and stuck in foyer for some 20 minutes. Fortunately member of staff appeared who was very helpful. Have stayed in France B&B Hotels before and know what to expect. Very good value for money-especially the out of town venues-often near commercial/industrial parks which is fine if you don't intend to use room as a base for sight-seeing. As a stop-over/rest on a long journey, B&B Hotels are ideal."

"It is great for travellers. just next to the airport. very convenientPerfect for anyone flying in or out. It's so close to the airport, which is a huge plus. Super convenient for catching early flights or if you arrive late. No more long drives or expensive taxis to worry about. Definitely recommend it for travelers! ."
