"Absolutely everything about our stay here was perfection. The property was immaculate in every one of the 5 dwellings. Loads of extra towels, sheets, duvets and blankets etc. Heaps of glassware, and plates, cutlery etc. Everything you would need for a memorable gathering of your nearest and dearest. "The home is immaculate, quiet and plenty of space . It really is a beautiful place, catering for families or fishos as plenty of cleaning facilities and storage, great place to park a boat , mine was 7.5m and awesome outdoor entertaining area. "The property was well presented and nice and clean. We found the heater was not adequate for the cold temperatures we experienced and was noisy. The microwave seemed problematic to use and some instructions would have helped. The host was pleasant and it was lovely to come home to find some local produce on the deck. I’d stay again if up that way. "

"We had 3 generations under one roof, amazing house with outstanding well cared for garden's and then the amazing views. Beds were incredible, the best beds we have slept on at book a bach. Washing machine and dryer were excellent. David was great, and met us onsite when we arrived, and provided great communication through out the start to finish process. Overall the best stay we have had at a book a bach. We will definitely be back. ❤️ "

"My sister and I were very happy with the little cottage. It was warm, secluded, safe. We have family in Pukenui and Ngataki. So it was very handy to both. The weather was up and down. It didn't dampen our stay in the least. Loved the place, would definitely book again in the future. Thanks again."

"A new, well presented and well proportioned home for family of five (plus dog). Light and clean inside with large deck outside. Reasonably well equipped, though light on cups and good sized glasses, and no microwave (noting this wasn’t listed). For us it suited that the location meant there were no near neighbours but, at the same time, the property grounds and driveway were a bit of a building site and not yet developed. A delight to have the wild turkey and chicks roaming in the long grass."
