"Thank you for sharing your beautiful Piece of Paradise with us, we loved staying there. We especially enjoyed the hot tub. However, a couple of things would have improved our stay: we couldn't get the wood burner to work and weren't told about the burglar alarm (which we set off not knowing that there was one). We also couldn't find any scissors nor soap ( the hand wash in the bathroom was almost empty). Nevertheless, we would still recommend this as a good place to stay."

"Very close to main road and lots of traffic noise. Children sleeping in front bedroom kept waking when heavy lorries passed by. Cobwebs around the entry door, kitchen and small toilet. Bathroom windows didn't close properly so bathrooms were very cold. Everything we needed was provided and maybe this house would be good for a Summer letting but not for Winter, it was freezing cold and when the wood burner went out it took ages for the living room to heat up again especially in the mornings. "Well maintained property with a ton of country charm. Has a well equipped kitchen that had everything we needed to cook every meal during our one week stay. Even had a decent gas grille outside. Spa is legit—clean, hot, like new. Beds are comfy, house stays warm, and wood stove heats up the great room like a dream. Came with firewood ready to burn. Full disclosure about the location: it is right in front of the river with the river trail directly accessible from the back garden, but this house...
