"An amazing place to call home base for an entire family (we had 7/8 total with us). Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone. An expansive kitchen, living, dining, and lanai to host everyone comfortably. Just note if you have a very large SUV (we had Expedition EL), it won’t fit in the garage but parking nearby."

"We loved our stay at this property. The communication with the owner was excellent. All the living spaces were comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked. We particularly liked the location of the unit relative to shops, restaurants, and grocery store (literally minutes away on foot). There was very little outside noise (except for the birds, which we loved). Would definitely recommend this rental and stay there again."

"This cute studio was just as the picture shows. I loved the option of a ceiling fan or the AC, Explanations of how to use was very clear. Very quiet, with beautiful well maintained landscape. I felt safe being in the gated community. I used the pool and hot tub a few times. A restaurant was very close by. My stay was excellent. Waikoloa Village had many shops and restaurants to explore."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Check-in and check-out were incredibly easy and straightforward. We had a couple of very minor concerns and maintenance was there first thing the next morning (what incredible service!). The house was lovely and everything we were looking for. Two of my family members are extremely allergic to cats. The listing didn't mention cats at the time of our booking - however, that has been changed. The owner did communicate that there was a feral cat near the home before...

"We stayed here with our two kids and loved how quiet the unit was. Quick walk to the pool (3 mins) and the location was terrific for beach and other activities. It also did not feel super touristy (which we loved). The unit itself was exactly as described. The kitchen was super well equipped. "

"This is a beautifully furnished property. Garage was filled with lots of "toys". Owner promptly answered our questions. Only suggestions I would offer is it would be helpful to add some basic amenities in the bathroom like soap and shampoo/conditioner in case guests assume it is there and don't pack any. "
