"Very good stay, staff and food were great, the room was fine but the bed could have been a little more comfy/bathroom was austere, so for a first spot after a long long flight the room could have been a little comfier in hindsight for our needs. Great courtyard, easy access to all of Negombo, quiet setting away from any crowds."

The owner spend hours telling us about Sri Lanka and took us to the beach free of charge were we had street food. "This is an excellent hotel when in transit or having early flight out of Colombo. We arrived into Colombo around midnight and our transfer driver was waiting to take us to vila diva as we had arranged which was included in the rate for our stay. The next morning we were transported very promptly back to the airport for a small fee. Both the room and transport car were exceptionally clean. I would highly recommend vila diva transit hotel for quality, service, location and friendliness"
