"The staff was amazing! The room was giant and comfortable. There was a crack in my sink, no big deal - it didn't leak- and some noticeable patchwork on walls. I think my only complaint would be of the clear glass window in the bathroom. I'd frost that or get some blinds for it. I'm pretty sure I flashed some folks in the beiboring hotel! "

"A lovely stay! Very friendly, helpful staff is location close to everything but quiet. The most comfortable bed we had all trip and the most beautiful view of wonderful Picton harbour. Could have sat on the balcony and watched the boars and ferries all day. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues but overall a wonderful stay. Think about staying a couple of nights rather than rushing from the ferry. Picton is lovely with lots to offer and this was a fabulous place to stay. "

"Great location from ferry landing. We walked to restaurants and shops from the hotel. Lots of great options to chose from. Great shopping close to hotel. Room had beautiful view of the harbor and ships. We could lay on the bed and see the wonderful harbor. Loved the jacuzzi tub in the room. Would recommend if staying a night or two in Picton. "

"Wonderful place! Super clean & comfy with all the amenities you could want. Gorgeous view & extremely helpful staff. Did laundry on site & got takeout food from nearby so we could eat on the outdoor porch with great views. Even better than the pics online. Highly recommend!! "
