"Large 1970s house. Tidy and good location to beach, cafes and 4 square shop. Reasonably happy with stay but there some things that need addressing.1) Upstairs Queen bed- the mattress springs gone on the right side and the mattress feels like you are sleeping on a slope. Definitely needs replacing 2) Lack of outdoor chairs on the deck 3) Pool cue sticks in garage has lost their tips and need to be replaced 4) outside furniture (table and chairs could do with a good clean or be replaced 5) BBQ -...

"We paid top $ for a place that had massive holes in the back of the kitchen chairs, a fridge that rattled at odd times, and everything looked scruffy. Wouldn't have minded if we had paid half the amount we were quoted as that is what it is worth. The linen and bathroom were clean."
