terrible service. we were next to the hotel and told to have to book online no matter what. online booking required us to enter a credit car and online access - the latter was not provided by them. when we mentioned it they insisted. sth wen wrong with the booking. expedia was willing to rebook, but the manager of ustudio paraparamutu was not willing to do that. when we told the story in paraparamutu, multiple people mentioned that ustudios was widely known for exactly these issues in paraparamutu. just don't book them, there are other nice places to stay there that are open after hours, accept direct payments, are service friendly and nice (just not them).

Me and my partner loved it, such a cosy little room and the area around us was amazing with all the shops and easy dining. Only thing that was a downfall of the stay was the family above us they were very loud and the little child would stomp around from 5am which woke us up a few times, aswell as coming up to my car and touching it they seemed lovely just are very loud footed and not very courteous to the people below. I don’t know if they live there permanently or if they were just visiting like us but if they are permanent stays please advise them about maybe being light footed and no stomping just in case for the next person who stays in Room 6

Great property, very warm clean and tidy. Beds are very comfortable, spa bath great for relaxing. Fantastic location, only negative is that there was no towel rail in our room other than that a great stay.

It was great that this property was very close to shops, the markets on the saturday and the beach. Great area for cafe's, beach walks and other eateries. The property looks like it needs some upgrading but for what we needed, it was definitely okay. It was clean and tidy and we were pleased with the service. Clear instructions by email when office unattended. Thanks for the stay. All the best.

I rarely give bad reviews but this is not a nice motel. Its run down quite bad, untidy car park, reception so dated and business front has thenview of the back of a close restalurant. Durround building very old and not kept well. The rooms were worn out, cupboard door that didnt close because the dinner plates were too big and thenhingebwas broken, broken toilet seat, do much dust in the bath room and also on the tv. Plus the leaves in front of the unit looking onto a run down and messy court yard type area with full public access any time of thebday. Not a property that Hotels.com should be marketing sorry. Not going back or recommending this to any one.
