Small studio unit that is very well set out with everything that we needed. The outdoor room and the patio area is a lovely bonus. Easy walk along to the water views. We did find the winter bed linen hot. A good short stay stop.

Smart little tiny house. The only downside of its design is that I kept catching my shoulder on the edge of the wall-mounted TV - poorly thought out by the designers: should have been mounted on the other side of the window.

beautiful little bach in Athenree, not too far from Tauranga, Waihi beach, Waihi, and Karangahake gorge. Perfect place to chill out and relax. had everything we needed for our stay.

Wonderful location and delightful cottage
Perfectly sized for two of us. The right amount of space to snooze, read, eat and walk from. The beach at Waihi Beach was lovely and we enjoyed local yoga and massages. A very relaxing holiday.

Lovely weekend away. Such a great space, so well set out and everything you could need! Made extra special by being able to have our dog stay with us. Fully fenced yard for peace of mind. So close to Waihi beach and Bowentown.

Great weekend getaway
This is a very clean and tidy little property with everything I needed for a self-catering stay. Athenree is an extremely peaceful and laid back place, de-stress was instant. Very friendly and responsive hosts, before and during my stay. Loved the hot pools down the road.

It was a lovely stay
The setting was beautiful and close to the beach and hot pools. Everything was supplied in the studio and was very clean and tidy. We will definitely be back again :)
