"My husband and I are Charleston natives, and we decided to do a stay-cation here for my birthday. This place is beautiful! "What a wonderful place to stay. Clean and cute restored building. Wonderful lobby area for snacks and drinks or to just sit & relax. There is a cute large porch for sitting as well. Very close to the College of Charleston campus. Parking can be a bit tricky but we did get very lucky on our stay. You can walk anywhere in the downtown area and it is very safe. So many shops and dining options very nearby. We look forward to staying again on our next trip to Charleston."

"The inn is adorable and quaint. It’s an old Charleston single. But if you have trouble with stairs, you wouldn’t want to book the upper rooms. The staircase is narrow and steep. Also it’s not the most quiet as it’s situated in a busy area, but no worries, just use the white noise machine they provide or bring your own personal fan like we did. "

"Our room was spacious & beautifully appointed. We enjoyed our breakfast each morning on the porch nestled into the couches people watching & enjoying the breeze. The house has been lovingly remodeled but kept all that charm. The "lobby" area is stocked with everything you could need & delicious mint chocolate squares! We were able to walk everywhere & thoroughly enjoyed all the routes we took exploring the city. We will definitely be back."
