"I Will Tell you something about our trip.... It was only one night stay, when we checked-in it was told to us that our room what we ordered is booked so we will get another room, so we got keys from the room and after long trip we opened the door and there was person who sleeped in the room. So we told that fact to receptionist and se said that we want our money back, that we will take another hotel. She said its not possible And gave to us another room, the room was Okay fór one night but...
