"Beautiful home and property!! Our group of 6 had a short, but wonderful stay! Jeannette and Floor are wonderful hosts and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Wish we could have stayed longer, if we are back in the Bunnik/Utrecht area we will definitely stay again!"

"This is a beautifully restored Dutch Farmhouse where rustic and modern have been perfectly blended. It was so clean and the owners are so welcoming to guests. We were a group of 7 and there was plenty of space. We can’t wait to visit again! Het was erg gezellig!"

"Ooit was dit waarschijnlijk een mooi landhuis op een mooi landschap. Nu is het vergane glorie, en een waar spinnenparadijs. En het is bijzonder dat je het verblijf “bed & koffie” noemt terwijl er geen koffie aanwezig is in de accommodatie. En ook geen toiletpapier trouwens. Dus eerst naar een winkel om koffie en toiletpapier te halen. Voor ons zeker geen tweede keer hier naar toe."

The only downside is that the kitchenware should be more complete in terms of itens offered, and the bedware also is not appropriate - including bed linen (it was not a linen kit but a duvet cover used as a sheet, which did not covered the whole bed futon)."

"My room was on the top floor and I had a number of heavy suitcases, so carrying them up was quite exhausting after a long flight and ride from Schiphol. In late August, the room was very warm as it had a glass door on one side and three large windows/doors on the other. So sun most of the day. The doors to the deck are standard european windows, meaning you can open or tilt them but due to there floor to ceiling hight, they were heavy and at times did not catch properly on the top corner that...
