"A very comfortable house with enough space for us all to enjoy our holiday (10 guests ranging from 2-72). It’s unusual to find a holiday house with genuinely comfortable seating in the sitting room and a proper dining table so everyone can eat together but Oaktree House has both of these. The rooms are all a good size and well set out. The garden is large and whilst not secure for dogs and errant toddlers it’s easy enough to keep an eye on them! "We eventually we found Speedwell, could do with what3words for exact location! Otherwise great location with pub and beach just a 200m walk. Ferry to Padstow again within easy reach. House had all the amenities needed for our short stay. Plenty or parking to both front and rear of the proberty. Excellent walking area and costal path on your doorstep. "
