"Die FeWo war bei Ankunft nicht komplett gereinigt (volle Mülleimer, in einem Zimmer schmutziger Fußboden und vergessene Sachen von Vormietern). Sehr hellhörig, die Wände zur Nachbarwohnung sind zu dünn. Möbel haben keine Filzkleber, so dass Stühlerücken u.ä. laut schallt. Die Matratzen und die Kopfkissen sind mit einer Gummihülle versehen und dadurch sehr unbequem (Material wie bei Kindermatschhosen). Die Decken waren zu warm (eher für den Winter geeignet).
