"The Brick House is adorable and very comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood and easy access to many restaurants and shopping. I choose the location to visit friends nearby and it worked out perfectly. The bed is very comfortable and the huge walk-in shower has great pressure. I didn't spend time in the courtyard, but its very lovely! Thanks, Jill! I look forward to my next visit."

"Pros: the pools are fun for the kids, the staff is easy to communicate with and responsive, the property has a lot of amenities. Beds were comfortable. Cons: the property is outdated, and the room was very dirty, carpet filthy, walls and couches had stains, and the bathroom door wouldn’t close."

"This is a house where the owner rents a few of her rooms. The bathroom is shared. This wasn’t exactly clear to me. My room had a fridge but no microwave. The owner let me use the microwave in her kitchen. Also, I was able to make coffee in the morning in her kitchen.Anyway, it’s a nice house and the owner is very pleasant and friendly."

"Beautiful and private property. Felt very safe and comfortable. Had access to pool and yard. They had the cutest little pups we got to play with. 100/10. Would stay again. "

"This is the perfect little Hideaway! Clean and supplied with almost everything you would need during your stay. (Forgot how horrible the water tastes here in Arizona and brought no drinks with us the night that we arrived). May I suggest a few cold bottles of water for your guests arrival? "This property is fantastic and its owners are very welcoming and very easy to work with. Backyard and the pool are beautiful. Great central location and it is close to everything you need for your stay. Don’t miss out on this one. "

"The rental was very nice. It seems like a good place to relax but we were busy visiting family every day so we did not have much time to just hang out. The home has easy access to the Phoenix area and the mountains. Next time we stay, I plan to dedicate at least a day to relaxing at the property."

"No lighting getting to unit, creepy alley feeling. Outside are cute but not for small dogs. Multiple areas where they can escape. Pavers not level, big tripping hazard. Couple of electrical outlets with no faceplate or anchored. Hard to use. Toilet rocks. "

"The property was roomy but had no storage. The bed (king sized) was comfortable. We washed our linens as we were told linens would be changed every 15 days. We bought a set of silverware for the kitchen as there was one knife, two spoons and a fork. The refrigerator was dorm-sized and you had to get down on your knees to get anything in it. The unit had an odor of sewer. Won't stay there, again."

"The beds were so comfortable and the pillows were a great weight! The air conditioning was perfect! We had an issue with the first room they put us in, smelled smoky and they switched us to another room instantly! We just assumed being in AZ that they would have a pool and spa and unbelievably they didn't have a pool or a spa. But that was on me, I didn't ask, I just assumed :( The staff was so nice and helpful! Very clean and perfect!"
