"Your common areas could be much cleaner your elevators had dirt in the crevice from Friday until Sunday. When I left. It seems like it’s normal practice. If you just look in the corners of all your hallway, sure bathrooms, and the elevated you will see so much built-up dirt in the corners. And I find it very strange that the lady that does the breakfast is also the cleaning lady, so I see you doing breakfast and then I see you with the mop it’s a complete turn off. We didn’t even get an opportunity to have breakfast because it just didn’t settle well with our stomachs"

"Booked the room to stay in after a concert at the Civic Center. Very convenient location within walking distance if you’d like to walk. Overwhelmed with the construction in the area however, the hotel remained clean and organized even though the streets are around, it were disrupted. Room was excellent, clean, and we were very impressed by the space and security to get to our room after hours. The breakfast area was continually clean and stocked, and all the employees were courteous and pleasant. We would definitely recommend staying here again."
