"This modern hotel has everything you need for a great stay. It features two restaurants, one Peruvian and one Mexican, both with a varied menu. The staff is very attentive, and the rooms are clean and well-equipped. One important thing to note, especially for first-time visitors like us, is that the hotel is located on the northern edge of the city, which, according to the taxi drivers we spoke to and even some hotel staff, is not considered a very safe area and caution is advised. If I were to return to Brussels, I might choose to stay somewhere more central, perhaps near the Grand Place. That said, it’s still possible to walk comfortably from the hotel to the city center. The hotel itself is modern and excellent, with top-notch service. However, at times, when we were outside the hotel, we felt a bit uneasy due to local comments about the neighborhood. This is something to keep in mind, especially for travelers unfamiliar with the city and those traveling with children like us. Aside from that, everything was perfect — I repeat, it’s an excellent option."

"We loved how convenient it was to stay here considering it was in the Airport. We did stay 7 nights to explore Europe for the first time and we felt like it staying at Sheraton was the best way to do it. The staff were amazing, our room was very comfortable and clean. When we arrived to the airport we were tired so it was an easy walk to the hotel and when we left our flight was around 8am so we were able to grab their delicious breakfast with a large variety of options but my favorite was their chocolate croissants and coffee bar and everything was just easy and convenient for travel. "

"What a surprise this hotel was! The entrance from the street was unassuming but we were greeted by very kind and helpful staff. The breakfast was pretty good if you’re looking for quick and the usual hotel fare. The room was very clean, the bathroom lighting was some of the best, and the bed was super comfortable. All in all, an excellent value for the price. While there are “no frills”, the hand soap, body lotion, shampoo were excellent. The shower was the best also. No water leaks to the main floor area next to the shower, and an adjustable water pressure dial. An excellent find. "

"The property is very close to the airport so you hear the airplanes, buses and vehicles. However, the property is conveniently located close to the airport and offers a shuttle service."
