All the contact information was great (pictures made everything easy to understand). Of note, we had a minor crisis when an electrical issue locked us out of the unit. "Amaël and Ida were wonderful hosts who provided clear instructions for check in and were available throughout our stay. We had misread the listing and did not realize there was no air conditioning. This was in no way the owners fault, as it is clearly listed, but we were surprised and it made for an uncomfortable stay in a heat wave.
