Shower floor very slick, and self-entry security pad not letting guests into building, waited 4 hrs for IT assistance. Never fixed front entry security door during my stay. "Gezellig en leuke accommodatie. De kamer was ruim en voorzien van alles. Het enige minpuntje was de grondwaterlucht in de kamer. En bij de incheck werd niet vermeld dat er in een algemene ruimte een mini bar was. Vooraf hadden wij ook geen instructies ontvangen over de incheck zodat het even zoeken was waar wij naar binnen moesten en de sleutel op konden halen. Verder was het een perfecte locatie en wij zullen zeker nog een keer terugkomen. "

"This is an incredibly nice house close to the city centre and very well connected to the train station by bus. The kind of place where you would like to live at some moment during your live. It's roomy, elegant and the host is as helpful as patient. I had a problem late in the evening and it was solved inmeditely. In addition, it's eqquiped with all the ammenities you may need. I hardly believe anyone could find a better place in Maastricht."
