"The old stone house is located between the fields and surrounded by nature. It has an old shell, however, it is fully renovated inside. It is comfortable and spacious. There is a pool, but despite being there at the hottest time of the year, the water was too cold to get in. The house is close to the highway and easy to get to. "Villa Mara is a lovely villa and the outside space is even better than it looks in the photos . The villa was very clean and there were lots of little extras left for us e.g. Toiletries , BBQ supplies and some wine and home produced olive oil . The owners met us on arrival and were very friendly and helpful. "We had a lovely week at the house. The house was exactly as per the photos. It is finished to a very high standard. Bedrooms are all a good size. Showers in the bathrooms are good. Lots of outside space. There were loads of pool inflatables so we didn’t need to buy any which was a bonus! The table football was a huge hit!! Great eating space outside the kitchen with a curtain to help shade which was appreciated. Highly recommend "

"We are two families with children who stayed in this beautiful house in March 2024, and it was a great experience. The area is quiet and away from traffic. It is located a few kilometers from the beach and is close to historical cities such as Pula and Rovinj. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the historic center of the town. There are a few restaurants, two supermarkets, and a pharmacy, doctor, and vet located within 2 minutes away by car. The structure is provided by a large parking lot....

"Es war sehr schön. Genug Platz für eine 5 köpfige Familie. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Wenn es Probleme gab, wurde einem sofort geholfen. Alles sehr diskret, es ging einem keiner auf die Nerven. Von den Vermietern gab es Gastgeschenke, was sehr nett war. Wir durften Tomaten mit ernten. Den Kindern hat der Pool am Besten gefallen und sie waren jeden Tag bei den Hühnern und den Eseln."

"We stayed in this holiday accommodation for 2 weeks in July 2023 - parents with 2 x grown up sons and a 5 yr old grandson. The accommodation was perfect for our needs. Rooms were very clean, kitchen had excellent pans and plenty of china and the new large TV took an HDMI cable so we were able to watch a couple of English films in the evenings. The pool and outdoor space was wonderful and includes outdoor play swings etc for young children. There is a large choice of pebbly beaches around 35-40...

"Für unseren Urlaub das perfekte Haus. Sauber, prima Pool. Alles da, was man braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten diverse Städte und Strände gut erreichen. Das Haus liegt etwas ländlich gelegen, aber in 10 Minuten ist man im nächsten Ort, wo man gut Einkaufen kann. Das Haus hat eine Klimaanlage, was bei Hitze sicher nützlich ist. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fliegengitter an den Fenstern wären für uns noch perfekt gewesen, da doch ein Paar Stechmücken...

"We had a perfect time, the villa was clean, tidy and had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The pool was great. The owners were there to greet us on arrival and were on hand for anything we might need help with, they were super friendly and absolutely lovely to get to know, we have only been home a few hours and I wish I was back there. "We had a lovely time staying here. The facilities are exactly as described and provide for a wonderful break. The rooms are comfortable and clean with everything you could need while away from home. The outside space is exceptional with a wonderful private pool, table tennis, barbeque and separate garden. Mladen and Adriana were superb hosts. They were always available whenever we needed them but also gave us plenty of privacy and space to enjoy our break. Thank you again fornyour hospitality....

"This is a hotel outside the city of Pula. Easy check-in, friendly staff, free parking, very good breakfast. Room is a little small and bathroom fixtures are odd, shower in particular. Water drains toward the door and runs out into the bathroom. There is no place to put soap or shampoo in the shower. "

"It was amazing stay. Hotel give much more then expected in every segment. I would highlight cleanest and quality of breakfast. But what make this hotel one of best place I ever stay is personal. Everybody is so friendly and helpful that from first minute walking in, you have feeling like when you visiting best friends. "

Grand Park Hotel Rovinj by Maistra Collection

"I can’t say this enough, the service at this hotel is top of the line. We had an issue with our room upon check in and the team at the hotel checked on us multiple times to ensure that everything was ok. They truly showed understanding and compassion throughout our stay. The amenities provided at Grand Park are the best I’ve seen in Croatia and would highly recommend. The view into the city of Rovinj is also incredible. The one item that I would suggest as an improvement is that it is clear the hotel is seeing some wear and tear that comes with its usage. Things like scuffs on hallways and dirt in certain parts of the hotel. This is my second time staying here and will definitely be coming back."

"Breakfast was amazing (except for the fruit flies) Facilities were exceptional. Service was spectacular. Rooms were spacious & quiet. Bathrooms were the best I have ever stayed at. Walk to Old Town was pleasant. Would return."

"We only spent one night here, but loved every minute of it. The staff was so helpful and welcoming. We didn’t realize that a champagne apertivo, breakfast, and brunch was included, which was a wonderful surprise. There are many excellent dining and wine options within easy walking distance. We highly recommend this hotel resort as an option for a stay in Porec. "
