"Moc milý hostitel, velmi dobrá komunikace, podrobné informace o městě a okolí, skvělé tipy na výlety. Apartmán byl čistý, prostorný, plně vybavený, fotografie odpovídají realitě. "We stayed for 1 week in August. The location of the apartment is perfect. We took bikes with us, so we could comfortable explore Rovinj and the beaches. From the balcony the sunset is breath taking. "

"Nice apartment, clean, with huge living room and a terrace. We spent there a week with friends. Hosts were very helpful, check-in&check-out was smooth, communication in English and German. Beach approx. 1km was no issue, since we brought our bicycles with us. Overall superb impression!"

"Wir verbrachten eine tolle Zeit in Fazana, auch außerhalb der Hauptsaison. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und zentral in Fazana. Allerdings ist Fazana nur ein sehr kleiner Ort, dessen sollte man sich bewusst sein. Nach Pula, der nächst größeren Stadt, sind es circa 8 km. Die Wohnung war mit allem nötigen (außer einem Backofen) ausgestattet. In der Wohnung gibt es viele Dachschrägen, weshalb man etwas aufpassen musste. "Great location and beautiful apartment. Eni the on-site manager was great to deal with. Listing could use a microwave but it had all else needed. Unit is on the 3rd floor without an elevator/ lift. Unit did have a washing machine that I do not remember being on the listing. We stayed 5 nights and there was only one roll of toilet paper supplied and two towels."

Only recommendation would be a bit more check in and out detail (we thought the first level you walked up to was the second floor and a map or directions to the trash would have been helpful). "Wir waren in 2023 bereits da und haben für dieses Jahr gleich wieder gebucht. Sehr netter Vermieter, angenehme ruhige Lage in einer Sackgasse, etwas auf einem Hügel so dass man auf dem Rückweg vom Hafen oder Meer bergauf laufen muss. Bis zum Hafen läuft man ca. 15 Minuten. Bis zum Meer ca. 10 Minuten. Da wir in der Nachsaison reisen, gibt es dort auch immer ausreichend Liegeflächen. Es gibt am Strandbereich ebenfalls sanitäre Anlagen und Strandbars. "Kleine Wohnung mit ausreichend Schlafplatz, im Übrigen alles da was man für die kurze Dauer braucht. Bis zum Strand muss man einwenig sportlich sein, aber dafür wird man mit schönen Plätzen in üppiger Auswahl belohnt. Ein Sternabzug für Meeresblick, da man dies aus unseren 5 Personen Apartment nur teils bewundern durfte. Dafür hatten wir immer ein süßen Katzenbesuch auf dem Balkon. Vermieter ist ist super nett und entgegenkommend! Wir empfehlen diese Wohnungen gern weiter. "

Everything was clean and thoughtfully decorated, with personal touches from the very helpful and kind owners. "This is a hotel outside the city of Pula. Easy check-in, friendly staff, free parking, very good breakfast. Room is a little small and bathroom fixtures are odd, shower in particular. Water drains toward the door and runs out into the bathroom. There is no place to put soap or shampoo in the shower. "

"It was amazing stay. Hotel give much more then expected in every segment. I would highlight cleanest and quality of breakfast. But what make this hotel one of best place I ever stay is personal. Everybody is so friendly and helpful that from first minute walking in, you have feeling like when you visiting best friends. "

Grand Park Hotel Rovinj by Maistra Collection

"I can’t say this enough, the service at this hotel is top of the line. We had an issue with our room upon check in and the team at the hotel checked on us multiple times to ensure that everything was ok. They truly showed understanding and compassion throughout our stay. The amenities provided at Grand Park are the best I’ve seen in Croatia and would highly recommend. The view into the city of Rovinj is also incredible. The one item that I would suggest as an improvement is that it is clear the hotel is seeing some wear and tear that comes with its usage. Things like scuffs on hallways and dirt in certain parts of the hotel. This is my second time staying here and will definitely be coming back."

"Breakfast was amazing (except for the fruit flies) Facilities were exceptional. Service was spectacular. Rooms were spacious & quiet. Bathrooms were the best I have ever stayed at. Walk to Old Town was pleasant. Would return."

"We only spent one night here, but loved every minute of it. The staff was so helpful and welcoming. We didn’t realize that a champagne apertivo, breakfast, and brunch was included, which was a wonderful surprise. There are many excellent dining and wine options within easy walking distance. We highly recommend this hotel resort as an option for a stay in Porec. "
