"The room was comfortable and the staff was courteous. The food at the restaurant was very tasty. The restaurant did not always have everything on the menu. Later I figured out it is likely due to resource management. For instance 3 out of the 4 days we were there they didnt have drip coffee. This is likely because there were hardly any guests so they dont make a pot of coffee. However on a day they had an influx of guests, it magically appeared. "A/C could have worked better. Staff was great and hotel was clean. Breakfast buffet was worth the price of the room by itself. Will always stay here when I’m in Joburg. "
