"Location was great and the apartment was very nice. The replacement of the wall air conditioning with a mobile unit in the lounge room was not ideal but it was mostly cool enough. Host was responsive in dealing with issues and you have the option to pay 20 euro for a 12pm late checkout which was convenient (subject to availability but it worked for us)."

"My 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious. Clean, kitchen cookwares are enough for me to cook family dinner. The staff is friendly and helpful. Only thing inconvenient is the parking is temporarily unavailable due to the city road work. The price is fair too. My family stayed in Munich, Salzburg and Vienna, Vienna apartment hotel is the one we like the most. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Steiner Residences. We are traveling with a 1-year old baby and it was perfect for us. The unit is clean, spacious, airy and the kitchen well appointed. WiFi is excellent, check-in is easy. Location is fantastic with tram lines and Spar grocery 1-minute walk away. The only let down was about check-out which is at 10am. We asked if by courtesy they would let us leave at noon. The response was positive but at a fee of 20 euros. We were a bit turned off by this response...

"property was clean and ready when we got there. Email instructions were clear and front office was helpful. A short walk to the train that takes you into the city and having a convenience store right next to the appartment was great. Overal we had a great experience staying here."

"Clean modern apartment. Close to tram , metro and supermarket. Everything you need in kitchen was there. However our apartment was next door to a butchers and the noise and smell was off putting. The fridge was very noisy and the shower entrance very small. Only one small pillow and towel each. The apartment is nice but lacked comfort. The ad also said aircon but there was none. "
