"This was a perfect place to stay for a quick visit to Daytona Beach. It was centrally located in Port Orange close to grocery stores and restaurants. "

"We stayed at this property Feb. 5th thru Feb. 12th. 2025. We are racers and spent a lot of time at New Smyrna Speedway for the World Series of Ashphalt races. We chose this spot because of it's location to the track and Flagler Ave.It was a perfect location for us and will most likely stay here in 2026 as well.The host for this property were excellent giving us our entry instructions several days in advance and a simple list of what needed done during our stay, which was nothing other than garbage days for the most part.The heated pool was 75 and being from Mi. I didn't like that, so I asked if it could go up to 83, with in minutes I had a response and the next morning it was taken care of. There was a small fee to get the pool to the temp we wanted and I expected it as it adds cost to them, so all was good.We were to leave Thursday Moring since our local short track racing was done but my Son has never been to the big speedway and wanted to watch the Dual races. I figured we would need to re-locate but once again, I asked the host for an additional day and it all worked out great.This was a nice home, we were never bothered for anything and when we needed something the host responded very quickly. We would highly recommend this property.Thanks again,- Scott"

"Due to a recent family loss, we needed accommodations that could comfortably host several family members visiting from out of town. This property was the perfect choice, both in terms of space and location, allowing us to stay together rather than booking multiple hotel rooms. Although a bit chilly we were able to enjoy the onsite pool, the firepit in the evenings, and the large open area living room to just hang out and enjoy each others company.The separate detached casita was especially ideal for the grandparents. Only cons would be we were given the wrong code to enter the home upon arrival, the overhead fan in the master bedroom didn't work, and although advertised as being heated, the pool was cold.If we find ourselves visiting Daytona again, this will undoubtedly be our first choice for accommodations. Working with the host/management group was great and they were very responsive when answers any questions we had. They were also very accommodating to allow us to stay an extra night due to one of our vehicles needing a repair. We had a great stay! "

"Loved the calming and fresh feeling of the decor when we first walked in the home. The back yard and patio-beautiful! Best home we have stayed in yet. Loved the friendliness of owner- she was awesome!! Had a great time even walking around the welcoming and safe neighborhood "

"Stayed for 2 nights with some friends. The rooms and space is attached to the main house where the owner lives, but they are quiet and respects privacy.The unit is clean with 2 king size beds and a pull out couch mattress. The only downsides were the rooms are a bit dated and the pool isn't heated."

"Michelle was really good at responding to messages. Prompt, professional, and helpful. The size of the property was excellent. I can not express how great the location was to shopping, dining, and grocery store. We had tournaments in New Smyrna but went to Daytona for activities for the kids. It was right in the middle of where we needed to be and where we wanted to go. The back yard was great. Then TV outdoors was really nice to have too.The only complaint I would make is we did see a few bugs. "
