"It is a beautiful hotel. Large room with everything functional. The lobby is nice with a beautiful pool. Incredible views both from lobby and room. But the thing that made this hotel stand out was the amazing service. I had a couple of issues because I biked there and the staff did everything they could to help me. Also, I ate at the restaurant and the food was made exactly as I asked and tasted great. Breakfast was very good. You will not be disappointed."

We used the laundry service, which was fast and a great price. The resort also arranged a massage for us and they came right to our room - it was also fantastic! The location is far enough from the busy town of Dominical and Uvita yet close enough to go into for shopping, restaurants and entertainment. "Luckys is an old hotel and casino that was bought and remodeled by the same company that owns the Fiesta casinos in Costa Rica.. The rooms are brand new and beautiful. Diego, the hotel manager was very helpful with all my needs. Beautiful place. I’m not a gambler so I cannot speak for the casino but the hotel is very nice. "
