Special shoutout to DJ at the front desk—he was hands-down the best hotel staff we encountered anywhere in Austria. Friendly, helpful, and just a genuinely great guy who made us feel right at home. "The hotel was very quiet when we were there as it was the end of the season. The staff were all great. I missed not having a kettle in the room especially when a cup of tea at the bar cost €6.50 Pool was lovely but a bit cold. The bed was very comfortable and I slept really well there. The location is fantastic."

"Lovely hotel in the centre of Kaprun. 5 minute walk downhill to the town centre. Good skiing and apres ski. Enjoyed the spa facilities in the hotel. Definitely recommend it and we’ll stay again. "
