"I had the best 5 day stay at mountain plaza in Davos. Before arriving I had requested to cancel a day for a refund as my plans changed. I called the front desk and had a lovely conversation with Fabio. This was a bit of foreshadowing to my stay. "Terrible hotel. Don’t stay here. Checkin stated as from 3pm. Room not ready till 5pm even when travelling with two small children. Hotel staff told me that our room could be available from 3pm and it was their choice when it would be available - it took me getting rather frustrated for 10 minutes before they said that they apologised. Room quality really poor, food really poor, hotel al tired and staff overall poor. Don’t stay here"

"Beautiful old school grand hotel. Would be perfect for a weekend getaway. I was passing through, just a one night last minute booking. The hotel had a wedding booked so the restaurant and bar were closed. The hotel staff messaged me ahead of time to warn me, but I didn’t receive in time. "This hotel was ski on and ski off -it was about 20 mins from st Anton and the drivers very windy The room was expensive and was so small we couldn’t even open our suit case. It looked like a college dorm room . The shower didn’t stay in one place and you had to hold it to use . The breakfast was nice and the area to eat was pretty . The one very flat pillow given was terrible . "

"Had a great stay here. The 2bed suite was perfect for a family of 4. All the staff were great. Reception friendly & bar staff were great. Always polite & chatted daily & interacted with our kids. “Kick” was especially great! And the barman from Croatia. "

Excellent hotel will amazing location!

"We booked this hotel without doing much research and we were completely taken back on how great this hotel is! The location is top! The room was very clean and comfortable, with amazing pillows, blankets and a mattress that is very conforming. The check-in was quick and the staff very friendly. Parking was available so we could unload our items and then go to the room. After a great day of skiing we were able to ski down the hill on run 1 that ended up only 40m way from their ski-room. I could not have hoped for more! Good price helps! "
