"I had the best 5 day stay at mountain plaza in Davos. Before arriving I had requested to cancel a day for a refund as my plans changed. I called the front desk and had a lovely conversation with Fabio. This was a bit of foreshadowing to my stay. "Rooms were clean and provided fresh towels and sheets everyday. When we arrived we were welcomed by the receptionist Visiliki. She was wonderful and provided great recommendations for restaurants and activities! Navigating the bus and trains to and from St Moritz can be confusing, as the hotel does not provide shuttles to the ski resort but they do provide free bus passes if you do not have one. Overall, great stay! We will be back. "

"This is our second time coming to this hotel. We found it quite lovely, however we could see some downgrades from last year in terms of food. The cafe was closed the entire time. The spa has a bit of a smell and the pillows and duvet are not the best. I think they can improve on that. The staff is friendly and everyone speaks English, that was great. "Beautiful newly renovated hotel right next to the train station. Super friendly staff. Had one of the best European breakfasts I've had. Also they have a spa but we didn't have time to enjoy it. I highly recommend this place!"
