"We booked room with two bedrooms and got single room. We informed hotels reception, but communication was really poor. We had to stay in a small room whole vacation as the hotel didn't take any responsibility"

"Grate place to stay for a skiing. Direct access to ski slope. Specious, well-equipped apartment with underground car parking and ski room. Easy check in and check out (also after reception hours) There was no microwave and dishwasher despite listed as a part of Classic Studio Suite amenities"

"My favorite thing about this property was the remoteness. It is at the end of the street with a lot of new builds. We were here in the off season, so it was very quiet. The views from the room look right out into the forest. One wall is a giant sliding window/door so you feel like you are part of nature. The apartment is brand new, well equipped, and very comfortable. It sits right along the ski trails, so I hope to go back in winter. "

"The stay was enjoyable overall, good food and nice place, clean kids area, very beautiful surroundings. However, we had a few issues. Our room was full of insects. Very huge bugs which are spread around the whole area where the hotel is located were constantly appearing in the room. The water in the pool could be warmer, especially for the kids area. The hair dryer was not functioning, so we had to pick up a replacement in the reception. I would expect a room service for this at least. Some minor things which were not expected in hotel in the 4*category and could be improved. Otherwise, we are satisfied with the stay."

"A lovely complex that is wonderful for families. Everything was clean, the food was great (and the beer), and a wonderful playground that my toddler loved playing in. The room was big and comfy and clean. Great stay. "

"I is really great hotel within beautiful part of Tatry. Rooms on both sides offer lovely views, spa area is clean and fantastic to relax. Overall services are on high level and pretty much whole personnel speaks english. Strongly recommend to anyone looking for quiet place, quality interiors and great views. "
