"I loved my stay at Villa 11. It is beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and everything is done to a high quality. Elizabeth is a lovely host and the Prosecco at breakfast on Saturday was a very nice touch! As was the complimentary coffee and snacks available throughout the day. The breakfast was excellent and the lovely staff worked hard to keep it constantly replenished. My only observation is that it would be best to stay here with a car. "We stayed at this property for two nights just after Christmas . We were lucky to be there in a beautiful winter with loads of snow . Breakfast was delicious , staff was helpful , we booked a kulig ( horse sleigh ) for one of the mornings and that was lovely too . It’s close to goracy Potok hot thermal pools which are brilliant and only a short drive away from zakopane , gubalowka and beautiful mountains . A few minutes walk away there is a shop and a great restaurant serving local Delicious...

"The hotel had amazing amenities and service. The overall appearance and cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable while keeping a modern outline. One thing i appreciated the most was the sauna which can be self programmed and used at anyone's convinience."

"We had a lovely stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful, location is very good if you want to explore the mountains. Lidl is a few mins away by car. We really appreciated the electric radiator in the bathroom as we could do some basic laundry during our stay. "
