"Our room was excellent. The people who work here are amazing, always very helpful and pleasant. The front desk and bar tender were exceptional. I would highly recommend this hotel. Had a massage and the lady was great and you can’t beat the price. There is a small grocery store around the corner to get snacks."

"Nice clean, functional hotel that is centrally located without being noisy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Local area had a great variety of shops, bars, restaurants, cafes and culture. Always felt safe wandering around, never hassled."

"This was an absolutely lovely experience! Loved that they were accommodating to families travelling with children. Our son loved the juice tasting alongside our wine tasting experience. The staff member presenting to us was very knowledgeable, so sweet and kind! We had a few minor hiccups when checking into the room, however they were tended to very quickly and resolved without hassle. We loved the property, all the meals were excellent. Overall such a fabulous addition to our Portugal vacation! "

"Wonderful! Balcony overlooked the the arch and shops. Bed was comfortable room was clean and charming. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend. And easy walk to train station. "
