"The shower leaked and was dirty. Operators said they would send a cleaner - they did not do so. Shower drain was blocked. A repair man poured drain-cleaner down it . The bidet leaked onto the floor. The entire bathroom smelled permanently of stale urine. I purchased cleaning fluid, but this did not get rid of the smell. The toilet seat was not fixed to the toilet. "The stay at Rosanna Maison was absolutely lovely! Close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and the Ischia Port. Perfect if you need a chill vacation without too many plans. The rooms were nice and clean. Rosanna and her staff was absolutely amazing. She even made us lunch when we were going to Capri one day! A true Italian dream to stay there!"

"A beautiful property, slightly difficult to find initially. The room is large and clean and very comfortable. Easy to walk from the port and also to the Marina Corricella. Dining options are good in both those areas. Walkable to some of the beaches too. Staff were very helpful in given you pointers on the best spots. If I’m ever back on Procida, I would definitely be more than happy to stay here again."

"Very nice property. Beautiful view from the large window. Staff was accommodating, property is a bit of a hike from the train but not too bad. Walking distance to the beach with restaurants to choose from. Downtown Napoli is about a 30 min train ride. I would stay here again. One of the nicest Airbnb in the city. "

"It was only a 10 minute level walk to the ferry port. Room was very nice with a balcony facing the sea. We had many food options nearby and the historical areas were just a short walk away. Breakfast was very good, served on a terrace overlooking the sea. I highly recommend but if you have trouble with stairs, it is a 3 flight walk up to the room."
