The hotel's architecture blended seamlessly with the natural surroundings, creating a harmonious and inviting atmosphere. My room was spacious and beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings and stunning views of the property. The hotel's amenities were top-notch. There was a beautiful outdoor pool, a well-equipped fitness center, and a amazing spa offering a variety of relaxing treatments. The service was impeccable, the staff was very attentive, helpful and friendly. Overall, my experience at the Le Couvent des Minimes was exceptional. "

They were so friendly and kind and provided great recommendations. They also provided a shuttle service in and out of the city of Aix en Provence. The location was peaceful just outside of the city. We would love to come back again one day."

"We had the added bonus of catching a car show during our stay at the hotel, which was a nice perk. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, making our experience even better. The restaurant's food and wines were outstanding. Our room was spacious and very clean. The only downside was some noise from guests outside the hotel at night, which woke me up and made it hard to fall back asleep. Overall, though, I had a wonderful time."
